Her arrival represents a significant moment for Hotel Xcaret Arte and for Xcaret Gastronomic Collective, composed of internationally renowned chefs who have shaped the global culinary scene.
Under her creative direction, Xaak deepens and refines its contemporary Mexican cuisine proposal, interpreting the territory through a technical, precise, and modern perspective.
